South Korea’s men’s roller skating speed team won the silver medal in the 3000-meter relay at the Hangzhou Asian Games.
The South Korean men’s roller skating speed team of Choi In-ho, Choi Kwang-ho and Chung Chul-won
won the silver medal in the final of the event at the Qiantang Rollersports Center in Hangzhou, Zhejiang
province, China, on Sunday. Leading until the final lap, the Koreans allowed Chinese Taipei to pull away
just before the finish line, taking gold in 4:05.692 and silver in 4:05.702, just 0.01 seconds behind.

Who thought they had won the race and started the flag ceremony, were embarrassed after checking the official results. Afterward, they left the stadium in tears, refusing to respond to reporters’ requests for interviews in the joint press area.
The women’s team of Lee Seul, Park Min-jung and Lee Yerim also won a silver medal in the women’s 3000-meter relay on the same day. First place went to Taiwan with a time of 4:19.447. South Korea finished second with a time of 4:21.146.
This marks the fourth consecutive day of medals for the Korean roller skating team since the event began on March 30. Earlier in the first day of competition, Jung Byung-hee won gold in the 10,000-meter excluding speed plus points (EP) event. Choi In-ho won bronze in the same event, while Yoo Ga-rim secured a bronze medal in the women’s race.
The next day, Choi Kwang-ho and Chung Chul-won continued their cruise with gold and silver medals in the 1000-meter sprint. Korean women’s roller skater Lee Yerim also won a bronze medal in the women’s 1000-meter sprint. 스포츠토토맨
